Girl Complex she/her (IMsL 2017 & Founder of the Unruly Social Club) and Colt he/him (Ms. San Diego Leather 2013 & Founder SDBB) joined up in 2024 to bring the contests back from the more challenging pandemic years. The Mx. Leather title was also launched in 2024. In partnership with the San Diego Leather Archives, we continue to gather photos, historical details, and are creating an alumni registry to recognize, celebrate, and stay connected with our community’s legacy. Stay tuned and in touch!

Anthony Harmon (They/Them)

Anthony Harmon is no stranger to the San Diego scene. They were part of the Gay rodeo for years from being President, Vice President, Rodeo Director and even a title holder as Mr. San Diego Rodeo 2006, 2008 and 2009. When it comes to the leather scene, they have always been around but decided to try to run for Mr. San Diego Leather 2011 and became 1st runner up. From there they never turned away and kept going and became den Daddy for the contest from 2013 to the present. In 2016 started to produce the (SoCal) California Drummer Contest until it was dissolved in 2018. Their proudest moment is when they became involved with Olympus Leather and decided to run and won Mr. West Coast Olympus Leather 2016 and then go on to run and win International Mr. Olympus Leather 2017. Emcees

Serafine Sawyer

Serafine (She/Her)

Serafine Sawyer (She/Her) Ms. San Diego Leather 2019 – A Dominant leather trans-woman. She was a San Diego Girls of Leather and Southland Title Sisters member. She has judged West Coast Olympus, Mr. Barracks, and the San Diego Cub contest and has taught at Leather Realm and Ravage. For her year as a title holder, she is focusing on Helping Kids in Crisis, as too many LGBTQ+ kids are having to focus on survival rather than on growing up.

Although she started this journey later in life, the support and acceptance she’s received from the leather community is why she has worked so hard to give back. She’s incredibly grateful for her two tile husbands – Jody and Pup Rowdy, for their support and dedication throughout their title year.

Moshiel

Moshiel (He/Him)

For nearly a decade, Moshiel has commanded stages across the leather and drag worlds, entertaining, emceeing, and fundraising. A proud Sober Leatherman, he has also made his mark Off-Broadway as a writer and producer of the political spoof Five. He founded Punch, an inclusive fisting space, and played a key role in opening SoCal Leather to all by removing its gender honorific. Whether dazzling in drag as Lady SinAGaga, Snatching the Crown of Miss Best in Drag 2026, or earning a spot in the IML Class of 46’s Top 20 as Mr. SoCal Leather 2023, one thing’s for sure … when Moshiel takes the stage, you’re in for a damn good time.
